How does one change the format on the predecessors / sucessors column to show only one of a few folders versus all of the folders when dealing with external links

How does one format the work column to show no decimal places, i.e., 55,570 hrs versus the 55,570.22 hrs that is not desirable

1) You can't.
2) Use a custom text field. Use the following formula in that field
int([Work])
