forms format question FP2002

I am new to making form with FP 2002 and would like to know how can I make
certain fields in the form automatically format a date (like if I type in
the field 012505 it will show up as 1/25/05) Also how can I make a field
show a dollar amount (if I type 45000 it shows up as $45,000.00)

BTW,
I forgot to also ask, how do I put in a link to print the page or send the
data to a blank formatted page so we have a one page hard copy of the form
the the input person to print out.
