I created a form in office 2003 and it works in 2003, but it does not work in 2000. Can anyone help me or does anyone have any experience with this issue?

More details needed -- like what kind of form (mail, contact, etc.), what in
particular doesn't work, mail environment (Exchange server or Internet),
where the form is published, etc.
