Formula custom field referencing another custom field.

I've been trying to define a new custom field formula based on a different
custom field's value. I've named it with [CustomFieldName] value, but it
complains about undefined field. How do I reference another custom field in a
formula?
These are fields defined in PWA, and I don't see a base name like in project
pro. This is a formula that used to work in Project Server 2003, using the
[Enterprise Project Outline Code1] format, but in 2007 I've defined the
custom field as Tier, and if I try to use [Tier] it's not working.

Thanks,
Nik

Thanks, but that's not it. I've seen that before, problem is, the field name
does not get changed, and all regular fields like [Actual Work] and others do
work, it's just when referencing another custom field name that it complains.

Hello Nik003

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927606/en-us. This is probably a list
separator issue.
Hope this helps,

Solved, one of the custom fields referenced in the formula was causing this
issue. I have re-created that field, and then the formula worked.
