Formula for BCWS?

I need to create a custom code that will give me a BCWS
value. I cannot use the canned BCWS because of the way we
are using the standard fields that ordinarily calculate
BCWS (we have cost AND billing on every task on every job).

Does anyone know a formula that I can use to calculate
BCWS?

Unless you have baselined your project more than one
time, you should be able to use the Baseline Work field
for BCWS. Technically BCWS is the budgeted amount of
cost for work scheduled to be accomplished plus the
amount or level of effort scheduled to be accomplished in
a given time period (Kirzner). Something like Baseline
Work + Remaining Work (over a specified time period).
