Formula to get Milestone ID

I am trying to find a function/formula which would return the UniqueID of a
Milestone above several tasks. I am creating a formula which links to a bug
tracking system (bugzilla). When I click on the link to created a bug for a
task, I need to know the Milestone it is under.

Milestone 1
Task 1
Task 2 (A formula for this task needs to know the Milestone ID above)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Formulae can only access data for the current Task or Resource. To get data
from another Task you need to use a VBA macro.
