Forward/Reply icons no longer appearing

Hey all,

I looked through the archive before posting but didn't see any
solutions beyond customized forms. Does any one know an alternative
solution?

Client: Outlook 2000 SR-1

Symptoms: When the user replies or forwards an email, the envelope
icon indicating said action no longer appears. They are all now just
envelopes, no arrows.
