Forwarding messages from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2000

When a message is forwarded from an Outlook 2002 user to
an Outlook 2000 user in the same domain using Exchange,
the full message is not received on the Outlook 2000 users
mailbox. Has anyone else had this problem and if so are
there any patches?
