FP 2003 questions

Hi, I installed FP 03; I choose complete install. Any
reason why I should not have?

Also I can't seem to change the height of cells in a
table. I use to just click on it and sort of drag it up
or down to shrink or stretch it. How does it work in 03.
I'm used to working with 2000. So many new features.
