FP Form or OL Form?

I have code that once a inbound email arrives
with the word "Create Appt" in the Subject, it
adds to my OL calendar, based on some pre-determined
fields.

How hard is it to create a form in FP that, from
a hyperlink, launchs a form that will send me an
email from some user inputs?

New at this and looking for some guidiance.

Hi Randal,

Not hard just design the form then right click inside of it. Click on Form
Properties | click on options and complete the appropriate inputs.
