FP2003-how to change price once so it shows on all pages

How can I make one change in price that will change all the pages that have
that price?

Two ways that I can think of:
1. Store the price in a database and retrieve the amount in every page
2. Store the price in a JavaScript variable and use JavaScript to write the
price.
This requires that the JS be in an external file and called from every page

Both ways, you need to amend every page. But once they are amended, the
price only has to be altered in one place.
