frames bookmark

How do I using Microsoft frontpage 2000 bookmark a page
while using frames. I want it so that when a person clicks
the contacts in the menu on the left side it will come up
with the contacts at the top of the page, instead of the
pictures that are the page. I hope this is clear it is a
large page with contacts at the bottom so when a person
clicks contacts I want that to be at the top of the page
and if they want to view the other parts of thepage they
can scroll or click a different menu selection for that
page.

Please help me with this...

The HTML should look like this:

<a target="main" href="main.htm#contacts">Contacts</a></p>

where:
o "contacts" is the name of the bookmark.
o "main.htm" is the page that contains the bookmark
o "main" is the name of the frame that displays the
main.htm page.

To do this in the GUI:
1. Open the frameset.
2. Select the text you want to hyperlink.
3. Right-click the selection and choose Hyperlink...
4. Select the page that contains the bookmark.
5. Click Bookmark, select the bookmark name, and click OK.
6. Click Target, select the frame you want, and click OK.
