Free/busy info hiding details

I want to publish my Free/busy information but I don't want others to see the
details of my current meetings. I am using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange
server 2003.
I noticed if another user tries to schedule a meeting with me if they hover
the cursor over a meeting of mine they can see the details of that meeting,
and if they click on it it opens the appointment for editing, is there any
way I can restrict this?

yes. Set your permissions correctly.

Have you changed the default permission - it should be "None"

Thanks Judy,

The permissions were already set to that but I was logged in as adminstrator
when testing so I was able to see everything. As soon as I went to another
user it worked and the info was hidden.

Thanks again
