Thanks, I did check the file size after I deleted it and redownloaded it. It
was the size you put down. Then I clicked to run it and all of the files were
extracted, then it started installing and then the box popped up that said
"fatal error during installation". I dont even get to the setup window.

Two more ideas: Do you have Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or higher,
or Windows XP? If you have set up multiple user accounts in Windows,
are you signed in as Administrator when you try to install?
