Frequent mail to list

Outlook 2003 has a useful tool, whereby i type the first letter or 2 of the
person i want to send to and a list of frequent people pop up. I use this all
the time, it's great! BUT if i log out i lose the list. Is there a way to
keep this list ?

This is a sign of a broken mail profile. Create a new one (pointing it at
your current delivery location) and the name cache should be retained
thereafter.
