From field auto populating

Hi,
I have an Outlook 2003 user who's From field is autopopulating with a
secondary mailbox that she has access to.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to turn it off so that the
From field is left blank?

I don't understand what you are saying. "autopopulating with a second
mailbox" - what does that mean? Mailboxes don't populate the FROM field.
Are you saying that the secondary mailbox shows as the FROM address?

Is this secondary mailbox part of her profile or is it a mailbox to which
she has Send As rights? If you remove the mailbox rights, does the From show
the correct address? Does she have the mail message options set to reply to
that mailbox?
