From field change to message that is design by another person

Hi there,

Ik have here Outlook 2000 witch is connected on an Exchange 2000 server.

I have a second mailbox which I have permission to send a message designed
by my self. Is it possible to send a message which a changed From field to
like: "another mailbox designed by myself"?
