when i save work to htm file in FP editor i get
message....."because this page has a base URL set, you
will need to save any new or changed images to the base
web as a separate step". (Thumbnail URL's are not being
recorded to file automatically with the _small.jpg
extension, therefore, not showing up on the website- HOW
DO YOU SAVE A THUMBNAIL FILE MANUALLY?)

Hi Julie,

Remove the the base target tag instead.

Open the page | Right click on it | Page Properties | Base Location
