front page and excel

April

I am new to front page and I have created a web site with
a form for feedback. I was wondering if there is way to
export the fields from my web site to an excel spreadsheet.

Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

Hi April,

What "fields" are you talking about? A web page is an HTML document.

Go into the form properties and make sure that the form is saving as an
Excel file on your server. No import/export will be needed, since the file
will already be Excel.

How?
Right click the form, choose Form Properties
In the "Where to store results", click the "Send to" button and give the
file a name. FrontPage defaults to a CSV file (will open fine in Excel),
and puts it inside of the _private folder of your web.
Go through the options (click Options button on the bottom of the diaog box)
and select any other settings and save. FrontPage will add results to your
CSV file as they come in, without overwriting previous results.
