I went to the visual basics macro inside of Front Page
2002. I created a form, but I am not sure how to put it
into frontpage on one of my web pages. Any suggestions
would help b/c this is the first time that I have tried
the macro.

Thanx,

VBA will not run in web pages
- it is intended as a design time tool
You need a Html form
File new page and select the Forms Wizard template

Use Visual Basic.NET to do the whole thing and you wont
have to worry about the macro. It creates the file as an
executable, so you can download it or run it in place in
the webpage. VB.NET is the future of the web.
