how easy is it to create a procedure in front page
where by it will allow the user to input data into a table,
and then from that table a graph can be drawn from a
single click of a button.

1. User input -- easy

2. Draw a graph from the input -- depends upon the type of graph to be
drawn. Whether or not you're on a Windows system. Whether or not you're
doing ASPX or ASP? Whether or not you have access to an ActiveX control that
can generate the graph at the server or at the client? There is no pat
answer here.
