FrontPage 2003 publishing problem

I have upgraded from FrontPage 2002 to FrontPage 2003 and have a problem in
publishing. When I try to publish one new page and one revised page, the
files are copied to the server burt are marked as Unmatched even though the
date/time and size are the same in both. I have deleted the files on the
server and re-published and I have Sychronized but nothing solves the
proble. When I go to the site I stlll get the old version of the modifided
page and cannot access the new page.

What is my problem and what is the solution?
