Frontpage Port 80

I now get an error stating my frontpage personal web
server is not able to use port 80. Does anyone know what
this means?

2) Are you referring to the local machine or online web?
3) What O/S are you using?
4) What firewall are you using?
5) What are you trying to do and what are the steps involved that you are
taking?
