I agree with the recommendation to use the help file.
If you insist on buying a book I would suggest you look for one that
is a step by step guide focused on achieving actual tasks rather than
one of the many books that copy and paste help file content with
screen shots that usually almost always only describe features
suggesting what you can do with the software rather than provide the
reader with a structured learning process.
However, if you really want to learn to learn (which IMO is the ideal
objective) use FrontPage to create a number of different sites based
on the templates, i.e. tstSite1, tstSite2 or whatever and then study the
directory structures and then push the tst sites to the limits of your
imagination until things break. This is called 'break-fix' and is the
fundamental strategy by which the experts accrue their knowledge.
You've got nothing to lose but the scant time involved and everything
to gain from the insight you will acquire.
