frozen screen

Can anyone help? my BT dial up box constantly pops up on the screen and
won't be dismissed, and eventually freezes the screen if I won't go online.
It isn't even the dial up box I use.
Also I keep getting script error boxes when I open emails ?

This doesn't sound like an Outlook issue.
