ftp and link bar problems

When I download from a host that only provides ftp
support , I get a "the linkbar feature is not available
in this web" error message. I need to edit this page and
upload it. What can I do?

I read previous post that suggested HTTP upload and
download, but the host does not support that.

Use the std nav bars based on nav view
