| What I am trying to do is:

| I have a file on the server, ABC.txt, and want my clients to be able to
| download it. As I understand it, there are two ways to do this, HTTP
| download and ftp download. I really don't care how I do it (at least, I
| think I don't care. Perhaps someone can tell me which one I want to use.)

| How do I set up my web page so that my clients can download the page? I
| might add, that the download is very infreqent. Perhaps once a month. And
| the page is only one 8 1/2 x 11 text page.
