gathering approach file properties(inventory)

How can we gather the information pertaining to forms,reports,macros
etc from an approach file? Is there any tool/program available?

The only way I know is to use Approach to open the database, learn what
it does, and make notes and screenshots. Then set about re-creating (and
probably improving) the design and functionality in Access.
