Get "not implemented" on Send/Receive

I just replaced my main drive (C and used the Mator software to copy
everything from the original drive to the new drive. This seemed to work
great. Then I switched over to the new drive. Now, I can launch Outlook 2007
but it gives the error "Not implemented" when I click on Send/Receive.

I ran the office 2007 diagnostics found under Help menu, but it did not find
any problems.

Any ideas? Do I need to reinstall?

Tried loading Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") which
does not load any add-ons or plug-ins to Outlook?

I'm assuming the safe mode is still available for OL2007. I'm still
back on OL2002.
