GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.dl

After a restore in Windows XP due to a faulty install we now get the
following error only when opening Outlook.

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.dll

I have tried repairing Office XP but this did not resolve the problem.

MS website does not have a solution for Outlook, it does for similar
problems with Studio.NET and Works calendar.

Has anyone else had this problem and know of a solution. I tried google and
a suggestion was to click ok to the first error message and then walk away
and after a short period the problem would resolve but this did not happen.

Cheers
