Getting an outlook error

I am looking for any help with the following error. The
user opens outlook and begins working. if the computer
sits Idle for 2-3 minutes the error message "OUTLOOK.exe
has detected and error and will shut down. You will need
to restart outlook." oputlook then closes down and an
error log is created which I can't find. I have reloaded
outlook and office Pro and checked all I can think of.

I get this same error when I reply or forward a message
and try to edit the text. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

resolution to the error message. I found that the command
line procedure doesn't work well but if you go to
Tools/other/advanced options/addin manager you can remove
the addins and that seems to clear it up.
