Getting HTM/marq.ocx registry error messeage when installing Offic

Trying to install office 97 but get error message HTM/marq.ocx was unable to
regster itself in the system registar. Office did not install completely.
Access, Excel and Word were installed but not Outlook. Any idea how to
complete the installation??
