Getting mapped on the server

I am trying to map my bosses notebook on the server. He previously had a
desktop and when I log onto it it picks it right up. The notebook on the
other hand will not let me map it to the server. What am I overlooking? ANy
help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
