Getting pixel size of image embedded in PPT

The Format Picture dialog doesn't seem to contain the pixel dimensions of an
inserted image, but the linear dimensions. Is the image pixel dimensions of
the original image embedded in the ppt exposed in some other dialog?

Hello

Am hesitant to venture an opinion here - you guys are all so clever with
this ... but ...

In 2003: insert>picture>from file; highlight the picture then
tools>properties>summary

Thanks Fiona,
That shows the properties before the file is imported.
What about after it is in the ppt document? (say on another computer without
the original source file)

Can't find pixel info anywhere else ... though I vaguely remember it being
in 97 (or at least an option to show that information)

I hope you guys don't mind me chipping in ... you've all been so helpful to
me (although you wouldn't have noticed - lol!).

Am currently sitting at home with a twisted ankle - don't usually have the
time ... much respect to you guys for all you do
