Getting Risks and Issues Information

O

Omar

Hi, I am creating a custom report that needs to display risks and
issues from project server. These data is stored in Windows SharePoint
Services.

However, I am having trouble retrieving the data i.e I am not sure
where it is stored.

For issues. I know where to get the Issue ID, the Description, and the
Resolution,.

I would like to know where I can find information about
1. Affected Tasks and
2. Tasks to resolve

For Risks, I can locate the Description, the Mitigation Plan and the
Contigency Plan.

I would like to find the

1. Due Date and
2. Affected Tasks

How do I get these information? In which database, WSS or
ProjectServer, is these data stored, and in which tables precisely?

Using EPM 2003 solution (WSS 2.0, Project Server 2003, SQL Server
2000)

Regards,
Omar

OMAR:

Navigate to the help directory of your Project Server installation and grab
the following files:

pjdb.htm
pjsvrdb.htm

These are the data dicitionaries for Project and Project Server. You'll find
your answers there.

Nope, that does not help. The information am looking for is stored in
Sharepoint Database. Thanks anyway.
