Getting spam on my content page

I built a Fourm web with Frontpage 2003. www.ponaa.com. I often get spam
appearing on my content page which clearly gets automatically generated
somewhere. It has nothing to do with the content of the web. How would I
block this crap?

With difficulty when using the FrontPage discussion web :-(

Move to a server side discussion web, which one depends on what
technologies (scripting language and database) your host will support.

In the mean time, look at the thread "check email is real" in this
forum/newsgroup which covers other solutions that may (or may not) work.
