Getting the bottom half of a picture to print

I have pasted a photo (that was emailed to me) into a custom sized document
(appox. 5x7). I positioned it near the bottom of the document, but well
within the non-printable area (.125" from all edges.) Under Arrange, the
margins are all set at .013" I have 2 rows selected (page divided in half).
The bottom portion (a little less than 1/2 inch) of the picture is cut off
when I print, even tho' Print Preview shows the entire picture. I have to
move it up that 1/2 inch or more in order to get the whole picture to print.
I can print the whole picture in Word, even tho' it is positioned at the
bottom of the page. Anyone have any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? I
have Publisher 2000.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Are you certain you have the margin limitation correct? Open WordPad, file, page
setup, input zero into all margins, WordPad will default to your printer limitations.

I did what you suggested with Wordpad. It shows the limit is .12 at the
bottom. I placed the picture as close to the bottom as possible. Wordpad
automatically moved it up 1/2 inch from the bottom and printed the whole
picture. The same thing happened in Word. In Publisher, I myself have to
move it up that 1/2 inch to get the whole picture to print. So, I tested it
on another printer that I have and the whole picture printed exactly where I
wanted it - very close to the bottom. So, I will go to HP's website and see
if they can shed some light on their printer. Thanks so much!
