Ghost MSN Cache Folder

I have a client that uses MSN on outlook 2002 some how
they have deleted the cache folder and the account in
outlook but the MSN Cache Folder Remains in the folder
list i added the msn account back and it put a second
one in. i would appreciate any assistance i could recieve
on this matter
