Global Address List Creation

How is a Global Address List created when it is not currently setup for a network? Thanks

"Global Address List" is a feature of Microsoft Exchange Server. If you
don't have Exchange, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/groupcontacts.htm
for other address book solutions.
