Global Hyperlink Changes

Does anyone know how to make a global change to a series of hyprlinks in an
access data base? I am moving a data base to a new computer that has a
different path to get to where the database and the data will reside. I can
do a global change in the table and change the hyperlink title but it doesn't
change the hyperlink itself. I need to remove the first several parts of the
path in the hyperlink so I can use a hyperlink base and I don't want to do it
one at a time to hundreds of hyperlinks

Just use Access's Find and Replace function available from the menubar:

Edit >>> Replace

Make sure you select "Any Part of the Field"

I tried that and it doesn't work-at least for me. It changes the display
text in the table but if you do an edit hyperlink, I find that in the box
that opens up, the Text to Display is changed but it has no affect on
hyperlink address itself (shown in the "Address" window at the bottom. The
hyperlink still tries to find the old address.
