Globally Replace - Including Text Box in Header

I have to create a macro that will globally replace a name with another name.
The issue is that I have a text box in many of the headers throughout the
document that contains this name and the macro I created will not replace it.
What is the code to do this?

There is a whole group of people that will be using this macro button so I
need to have the actual code in a toolbar button and not an addin but thanks.

Any one else have the code for it?
