GoToNextRecord doesn't work with Query Control Source

Form-1 has an entry for the ID of a table. It calls Form-2.
Form-2 has a record source of a query that Finds the record ID from Form-1
Form-1. Form-2 displays the proper record, but the next record button does
not display the next record. Get an error "Can't go to Specified Record".
