Graph the Actual Work

Hi

I want a report with information about the actual work
for each resource... something like "Assignment work by
resource" but this view is accesible by availability in
resource center, but i can't modify any of this views:
*Assignment work by resource
*Assignment work by project
*Remaining availability
*Work

how can i access these views to modify them and create a
new one ?
