Have you tried starting with a template that's horizontal instead of a
vertical fold? Have you tried Select All, Group, and then rotate?

I can't do it with a pre made postcard!
It's one from the publisher! I just want to put it on the horizontal!
I'm almost sure i've done this before with the old publisher but i don't
seem to be able to do it with this one!!!

Which is it, the greeting card or the postcard?

For the postcard, in page setup, change the orientation by reversing the
measurements, click portrait. Publisher will query you and automatically change
the card.

You can do the same with Greeting Card, but all the objects will have to
adjusted manually.
