Groove 2007: Bug in Guest Permissions for Discussion tool?

Hi,
The Discussion tool seems to have a bug that precludes allowing a guest to
create or delete any content. If I set permissions as follows for the Guest
role they are not able to add or modify any content in the tool:
X Create Documents
Edit Any Document
X Edit Own Document
Delete Any Document
X Delete Own Document
Any ideas what is causing this problem?
