Groove Id

I downloaded and installed Groove 3.1 upon receipt of a Groove invitation
from a partner.

I'm now attempting to invite internal MSFT team members to a new Groove
workspace I've created.

I do not appear online and I am not receiving Groove workspace invitation
responses from invitees.

Is there a way to re-establish my Groove Id as a MSFT internal?

Please advise.

If the team is not already a member of other workspaces you already have you
will need to send an invite using their entire email address. Once they have
accepted that invite and you have confirm it they will then be in your
invite list and able to be invited directly via grove.

Marc,

I invited all team members as non-Groove users using Groove with thier full
microsoft email addresses.

Many have informed me that they have accepted the invite - but I have not
received any.

Any thoughts?

I am not sure about that then as I am working with 3.1 and have close to 50
people working with the system and all is working well. The only other
option is to uninstall and install. Before doing this I would suggest to
click on the launch bar and select OPTIONS/PREFERENCE/ACCOUNT/Save Account
as File

You should get all your users to do this, in this way if an account or
computer needs a reinstall and replacement you can then use the backup file
to get them up and going again.

You referr to MSFT what does this stand for?

Marc,

Got this resolved..

Turned out to be a problem with the trial license (limited to 3 workspaces).

Converted to a full license and now we are 'grooving'.

Thanks
MJ
