Grouping and ungrouping

Hi All
I have been drawing in publisher and I am having trouble with my grouping.
I can group OK but when I go to ungroup I get a popup which tells me I have
an error and it needs to be reported to microsoft.
When I click on send publisher shuts down and it dose not ungroup.
I have checked for up dates but it says I am up to date can anyone help
