Grouping in a View

How can I filter my contacts that have either Category A or Category B
included in therir category list.
I only want to show those 2 categories not all the other myriad of
categories like when I use the normal "view by category."

Many thanks

If an item has categories A, B, and C and you filter to show items with A or
B, the item that also has category C will still show up in its own group
because you have an item in the filtered set with that category.

I only want to show A or B. If I take the group by category off , can I just
show the two categoies required by group using DASL or some other method?
