Groups in Contacts

Can I group several contacts under a common name? Like ABC
Company and then 4 or 5 contacts under the same roof. Not
necessarily with different job descriptions.

Yes.

Create a new 'Distribution List' from with Contacts and add existing
Contacts to the DL.

Thanks, Chris. What I really want to happen is for such a
grouping to appear in the Contacts / Phone List View, so
when I scroll to ABC Co. the people that work there are
individually summarized there. Distribution lists look fine
for emailing to sets of addresses but does not reflect in
the Contacts list.

You should be able to set your View to By Company in order to
accomplish this. Or, if you have your view set to By Category, sort
it by company by right clicking on the "comapnY" field at the top and
selecting "Group by this Field".

That should do the trick, at least. let me know if that worked out
for you! :)
