McAfee worked havoc on my Win200 PRO ... had to use the COMPAQ restore which
reformats the HD ... how can I install an UPGRADE version of Office 2000 PRO
into this new OS??

You start your install and when it asks for the location of your qualifying
product, insert the disk for that in your drive and point to it. If you no
longer have the original version of Office, you've SOL.
